The conference will be held at the Millennium Hilton Bangkok in Bangkok, Thailand.
International delegates should plan their travel to Bangkok, Thailand. Further information regarding arrival arrangements and airport transfers will be shared closer to the event.
Transportation, parking and taxi information will be shared with delegates closer to the conference.
IFN Global Connect is designed for freight forwarders, logistics professionals, industry partners and eligible guests who want to build international relationships and explore business opportunities through the IFN network.
Access for children and minors may vary depending on the conference activity and venue regulations. Further details will be provided in the final conference guidelines.
Conference registrations are personal and may not be transferred without prior approval from the IFN conference team.
The 1:1 Meeting Scheduler will open before the conference. Registered delegates will receive instructions about accessing the scheduler and arranging their meetings.
Inclusions depend on the pass selected. Depending on your registration package, benefits may include conference participation, 1:1 business meetings, networking opportunities, selected meals, social events and conference materials. Please review your selected package during registration for the applicable inclusions.
Business or smart-casual attire is recommended for conference activities. Comfortable clothing and footwear are recommended for any sporting or wellness activities.
We recommend bringing business attire, smart-casual clothing, comfortable footwear and any personal items you may need during your stay in Bangkok.
Visa requirements depend on your nationality and travel circumstances. Delegates are responsible for checking Thailand’s current entry requirements and arranging any necessary visa before travelling.
