Payment Policy

* Payment Way

1) Make a payment to secure your place at the conference. After finishing conference registration, an official invoice will be sent to you within one working day via IFN official email ID, such as @ifnfamily.com. Please confirm it is the right email ID before proceeding with the payment. After receiving the invoice you can directly arrange payment by bank transfer. Your seat, hotel and your company name in attendee list in the conference will be reserved once IFN has received your payment.

*Payment Validity
  • After registration, the attendee must remit the payment to the designated account of IFN within 3 working days after having received IFN conference invoice.
  • To avoid missing, all attendees have responsibility to provide related attendee information, logo and formal photo in time.
  • All attendees must respect the one-on-one meeting schedule. No show over 3 times without reason and without notification in advance will not be permitted to attend IFN Global Connect 2026 and it will further affect your company rating in IFN.
  • All material, exhibition reception, accommodation and other information will be sent to attendees manually by IFN staff 1 month before the conference.
*Conference Cancellation Policy
  • All cancellations before January 2026 will forfeit all registration fees paid to IFN as membership fees or move to the next conference.
  • 100% cancellation charge after January 1st, 2025.

VISA

The regulations for obtaining a visa to travel to Thailand vary depending on the nationality of the traveler. Here are some common regulations:

  • Visa-exempt countries: Citizens of certain countries are allowed to enter Thailand for 14 to 90 days without a visa (e.g. United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and many European nations).
  • Visa on Arrival: Nationals of certain countries can obtain a visa upon arrival valid for up to 30 days (e.g. Andorra, Bhutan, Bulgaria, China, Cyprus, Ethiopia, Fiji, India, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Maldives, Malta, Mauritius, Papua New Guinea, Romania, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Georgia, Russia, Mexico).
  • Tourist Visa: Travelers not covered by visa exemption or visa on arrival may need to apply for a tourist visa in advance. This visa allows a stay of up to 60 days and can be extended for an additional 30 days within Thailand.
